What we collect. Your service address, name, mobile number, email, collection schedule, bin details and access instructions — only what we need to provide the service.

Saved as you go. When you finish the first signup step we save your details so you can pick up where you left off, and so we can follow up about your service.

Texts. Your mobile number is used for service communication. We only send promotional texts if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Campaigns. We record which neighborhood campaign brought you here so we know where our service is useful. We don't sell your information.
